About Dr. Ryan Byrne
Dr. Byrne is board certified in psychiatry along with child and adolescent psychiatry. He has spent the majority of his career treating patients in the Charleston metropolitan area. After attending medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, Dr. Byrne completed psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Byrne has spent most of his career in academics, including serving on faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Medical University of South Carolina. He has treated patients in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, residential treatment, and inpatient.
Dr. Byrne will be accepting most insurances, including Medicaid, and has current availability to schedule new patients. He will be treating school age children, adolescents, and young adults.
